WeDoPetz is operated by We Do Petz Corp, 313 Boston Ave, Medford, MA 02155. By accessing or using the WeDoPetz website, mobile app, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

WeDoPetz connects pet owners with independent professional groomers for mobile van, in-home, and salon grooming services. WeDoPetz is not a grooming provider; groomers are independent service providers.

When you book a service, you authorize payment for the listed price. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

You agree to provide accurate information about your pet, treat groomers respectfully, and keep your account credentials secure. Misrepresentation or abusive behavior may result in account suspension.

WeDoPetz facilitates bookings but is not liable for the acts or omissions of groomers. Groomers carry their own insurance. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

By providing your phone number and opting in — during registration, in your account settings, or by texting START to (781) 786-7273 — you agree to receive transactional text messages from WeDoPetz, including verification codes, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help or contact hello@wedopetz.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, and the cookies we use in our Cookie Policy. Both are part of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
