1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the WeDoPetz website, mobile app, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Services
WeDoPetz connects pet owners with independent professional groomers for mobile van, in-home, and salon grooming services. WeDoPetz is not a grooming provider; groomers are independent service providers.
3. Bookings and payments
When you book a service, you authorize payment for the listed price. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
4. User conduct
You agree to provide accurate information about your pet, treat groomers respectfully, and keep your account credentials secure. Misrepresentation or abusive behavior may result in account suspension.
5. Limitation of liability
WeDoPetz facilitates bookings but is not liable for the acts or omissions of groomers. Groomers carry their own insurance. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
